Kirk Lundburg

President and CEO

Kirk is responsible for Trade Technologies' business strategy, execution and results.  He brings over 30 years of international corporate and technology legal and management experience to this role.  Prior to joining Trade Technologies in 2001, Kirk was a partner at Gunderson Dettmer, a leading venture finance and technology law firm.  Before joining Gunderson Dettmer, he was a Vice President at Robert Half International Inc., a NYSE traded, international staffing company.  Previously, Kirk practiced corporate and securities law with the international law firm, Latham & Watkins.  Kirk received his JD from the University of Southern California and graduated with a BA in Finance from Iowa State University.  He also serves on the Company’s Board of Directors.

Charlie Kelly

Vice President, Customer Satisfaction

Charlie Kelly is primarily responsible for providing customer service and satisfaction to Trade Technologies outsourced and trade bank customers.  He brings over 35 years experience in international banking and trade services to his role.  Prior to joining Trade Technologies in 2001, Charlie was SVP and Regional Manager of Global Trade Services South Asia at Bank of America in Singapore.  Previously, Charlie was General Manager, NationsBank Taipei, Taiwan branch.  He first joined Citizens and Southern National Bank in 1983, and rose through a variety of positions, all involving international banking.  Charlie graduated with a BA from Western Michigan University and received his Masters in International Affairs- Banking and Financing from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, (SIPA).  Charlie was advisor to the Chairman’s Office of the Samsung Group and a Peace Corps volunteer in Korea. 

Greg Jones

Vice President, Engineering

Greg is responsible for Trade Technologies’ software development, engineering and technology.  He has over 30 years of experience leading complex software development projects and providing strategic technology leadership. Prior to joining Trade Technologies in 2003, Greg was the Vice President of Engineering for Perceptant, a provider of software to financial institutions. Previously, Greg was Vice President of Technology for, an Internet service providing delivery and management of electronic reference books (e-books) and General Manager for the Pervasive Software database product family.  Greg graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Computer Science and began his career at Texas Instruments.

Betty Lundburg

Vice President, Product & Client Development

Betty is responsible for managing Trade Technologies’ software product, as well as for software implementation, customer service and satisfaction.  She brings over 20 years of practical experience in export and import operations, ocean logistics and international trade documentation.  Before joining Trade Technologies, Betty was the founder of Xtreme Docs, a provider of international trade documentation and legalization services.   Trade Technologies acquired Xtreme Docs in January 2008.  Prior to founding Xtreme Docs, Betty was the Import Customer Service Supervisor for Hyundai Merchant Marine. Previously, she was an ocean export coordinator for Fritz Companies and the Export/Outsourcing Operations Supervisor at Prime Tanning Co., Inc.  Betty graduated from New Hampshire College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Sherri Lane

Director of Consulting and Insurance Services

Sherri is responsible for Trade Technologies’ consulting and cargo insurance services.  She brings over 35 years of experience in the international transportation and documentation industry to this role.  Before joining Trade Technologies, Sherri was the founder of International Access, a provider of international trade documentation and legalization services.   Trade Technologies acquired International Access in August  2003.  Prior to founding International Access, Sherri was the International Traffic Manager for Gold Kist, Inc.  Sherri was also the International Coordinator for Scientific Atlanta.  Sherri has also managed air and ocean operations and been responsible for U.S. training for major international forwarders.
